How do I get back to the dates I saved?
Open your dates from the menu and type your email address. We send a six-digit code, and typing it signs you in on that device for sixty days. There is no account and no password, which also means there is nothing for anyone to guess.
Do you charge for the calendar?
No, and we do not intend to. Keeping your own dates is free, and the reminders that go with them are free.
When will you write to me?
About a month before the date, and once more on the day itself. Each is one email. You can pause a date for a year or remove it entirely from your calendar page.
I saved a date I do not want reminders about.
Open your calendar and choose “not this year” to pause it for twelve months, or remove the date to delete it outright. A date you recorded as a remembrance never gets a selling reminder in the first place.
Can I see everything you hold about me?
Yes. Your privacy page shows it, lets you download a copy with the names decrypted for you, and deletes all of it in one action.
Do you sell the things on these lists?
No. The lists point at other retailers, and some of those links earn us a commission, which the pages say plainly. We do not set the prices and we do not handle the orders.
Why do you not show prices or ratings?
Because they change without telling us. A price on a page you read in March that is wrong in April is worse than no price at all.
Something on a list is no longer available.
The links are searches rather than specific listings, so they keep working when a seller changes their catalog. If a whole list looks wrong, tell the shop where your gift was purchased and it will reach us.
