Questions
How the reminders work, what we do with a saved date, and how to stop.
What actually happens after I save a date?
We store the date against your email address and send you a short reminder about a month before it comes around, every year, until you unsubscribe. There is no account to log into and nothing else to do.
How many emails will I get?
One or two a year per date you save, the reminder about a month out, and a short note on the day itself. If you save several dates in the same fortnight we group them rather than sending separately.
Is it free?
Yes. Saving dates and getting reminders costs nothing, and there is no limit on how many dates you can keep.
Can I save a date for someone who has died?
Yes. Choose "In memory of someone" and the date goes into a separate, quieter register: one short remembrance note each year, no gift suggestions, and nothing else, ever.
Do you sell the gifts on these lists?
Some of them. A handful of the keepsake items are made by us and are marked as ours on the page. Everything else is something we think fits, sold by someone else.
How do I remove a date or unsubscribe?
Every email has a working unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you want a specific date removed rather than the whole lot, write to [email protected] and we will take it out.
Save your first date
It takes about thirty seconds, and we'll remind you about a month before the day.
